Clearwater Paper Corporation; Notice of Petition for Enforcement

Take notice that on September 20, 2013, pursuant to section 210(h) of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA) Clearwater Paper Corporation filed a Petition for Enforcement, requesting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) to initiate enforcement action against the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC), or in the alternative declare that Final IPUC Order No. 326971and IPUC Order No. 328022are inconsistent with PURPA.
