November 20, 2024.

On March 20, 2024, Nasdaq PHLX LLC ("Phlx" or "Exchange") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission"), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Act"), 1 and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, 2 a proposed rule change (File Number SR-Phlx-2024-15) to increase fees for certain market data products. The proposed rule change was immediately effective upon filing with the Commission pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Act. 3 On March 28, 2024, the proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register . 4 On May 16, 2024, the Commission issued an order temporarily suspending the proposed rule change pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(C) of the Act? 5 and simultaneously instituting proceedings under Section 19(b)(2)(B) of the Act? 6 to determine whether to approve or disapprove the proposed rule change. 7 On September 20, 2024, pursuant to Section 19(b)(2) of the Exchange Act, 8 the Commission designated a longer period within which to issue an order approving or disapproving the proposed rule change. 9 On November 19, 2024, the Exchange withdrew the proposed rule change (SR-Phlx-2024-15).
