Description of Relief Sought: SkyWest Charter (SWC), a part 135 air carrier certificate holder, requests relief from the requirements of Section 135.324(a) to the extent necessary to allow personnel from SkyWest Airlines, a part 121 air carrier certificate holder, to conduct training, testing and checking of SWC's pilots using SkyWest Airlines' training programs.
