Notice.

Notice of an application under Section 6(c) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("Act") for an exemption from Section 15(c) of the Act.

Summary of Application:

The requested exemption would permit a Trust's board of trustees to approve new sub-advisory agreements and material amendments to existing sub- advisory agreements without complying with the in-person meeting requirement of Section 15(c) of the Act.

Applicant:

GuideStone Funds (the "Trust") and GuideStone Capital Management, LLC.

Filing Dates:

The application was filed on November 17, 2022, and amended on December 23, 2022, and December 30, 2022.
