Notice of Filing of Plat of Survey; New Mexico

AGENCY:

Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION:

Notice of official filing.

SUMMARY:

The plat of survey of the following described lands is scheduled to be officially filed 30 days after the date of this publication in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), New Mexico Office, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The survey announced in this notice is necessary for the management of lands administered by the agency indicated.

ADDRESSES:

This plat will be available for inspection in the New Mexico Office, Bureau of Land Management, 301 Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 85004-4427. Protests of a survey should be sent to the New Mexico Director at the above address.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

New Mexico Principal Meridian, New Mexico

The plat, representing the conditional corrective resurvey of a portion of certain tracts in section 8, within the Pojoaque Grant, Township 19 North, Range 9 East, accepted November 9, 2022, for Group 1120, New Mexico.

This plat was prepared to correct the plat requested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southwestern Region, accepted November 2, 2011, for Group 1120, New Mexico.

A person or party who wishes to protest against this survey must file a written notice of protest within 30 calendar days from the date of this publication with the New Mexico Director, Bureau of Land Management, stating that they wish to protest.
