Take notice that the following hydroelectric application has been filed with the Commission and is available for public inspection:
a. Application Type: Temporary Amendment.
b. Project No.: 8015-005.
c. Date Filed: June 11, 2018.
d. Applicant: North Eastern Wisconsin Hydro, LLC.
e. Name of Project: Shawano Paper Mills Dam Project.
f. Location: The project is located on the Wolf River in Shawano County, Wisconsin.
g. Filed Pursuant to: Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 791(a)-825(r).

Description of Request: The exemptee is seeking a temporary amendment to operate the project at a target elevation of 802.9 feet mean sea level (msl), or 0.4 foot above the authorized target elevation of 802.5 feet msl. The exemptee would continue to operate within the authorized elevation range of 801.83 feet msl and 803.17 feet msl. The exemptee states the amendment is necessary to address recreation and possible public safety concerns when operating the project at the authorized target elevation. The proposed temporary amendment would end no later than November 15, 2018.
