Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 10/01/2018 through 10/03/2018.

Issued on 11/30/2018.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/29/2019.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/30/2019.
