SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
On December 9, 2016, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the full five-year review (81 FR 90867, December 15, 2016). The Commission is revising its schedule as follows: The Commission will make its final release of information on May 26, 2017 and final party comments are due on May 31, 2017.
For further information concerning this review, see the Commission's notice cited above and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part 207).
