SUMMARY:
[top] The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve the state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia for inclusion of revised Virginia regulations in the Virginia SIP which incorporate EPA's compliance date for implementation of case-by-case reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS). In the Final Rules section of this Federal Register , EPA is approving the Commonwealth's SIP
