Incident: Flash Flooding.
Incident Period: 07/07/2015.

Effective Date: 07/24/2015.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/22/2015.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/25/2016.
