[top] In accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e), and 37 CFR 404.7 (a)(1)(i), announcement is made of the intent to grant an exclusive, revocable license, to U.S. Provisional Patent No. 61/884,630, filed September 30, 2013, entitled "Intelligent Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma," and foreign

filing PCT/US2014/058374, filed September 30, 2014, entitled, "Automatic Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma Exams." The intended licensee is Cherokee Nation Diagnostic Innovations, with its principal place of business at 10838 E. Marshall St., Tulsa, OK, 74116.
