[top] On November 14, 2014, New York Stock Exchange LLC ("Exchange") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission"), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Act")1and Rule 19b-4 thereunder,2a proposed rule change to amend Exchange Rule 13 and other Exchange rules governing order types and order modifiers. The proposed rule change was published in the Federal Register on December 4, 2014.3On December 22, 2014, the Exchange submitted Partial Amendment No. 1 to the Commission.4On January 14, 2015, pursuant to Section 19(b)(2) of the Act,5the Commission designated a longer period within which to approve the proposed rule change, disapprove
