RGP Marketing LLC; Notice of Temporary Waiver of Filing and Reporting Requirements
Take notice that on January 22, 2015, pursuant to Rule 204 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.204 (2014), RGP Marketing LLC (RGP) requests that the Commission grant it a temporary waiver of Interstate Commerce Act section 6 and section 20, and The Commission's filing and reporting requirements thereunder applicable to interstate common carrier pipelines. RGP's waiver request applies to the JAL Pipeline system which is owned and operated by RGP and its affiliate.
Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordancewith Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR385.211, 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining theappropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to theproceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of intervention ormotion to intervene, as appropriate. Such notices, motions, or protests must be filed onor before the comment date. Anyone filing a motion to intervene or protest must serve acopy of that document on the Petitioner.
