Take notice that on December 23, 2014, pursuant to section 206 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824(e) and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206, Fowler Ridge Wind Farm LLC, Fowler Ridge II Wind Farm LLC, Fowler Ridge III Wind Farm LLC, Meadow Lake Wind Farm, LLC, Meadow Lake Wind Farm II LLC, Meadow Lake Wind Farm III LLC, and Meadow Lake Wind Farm IV LLC (Complainants), filed a formal complaint against Northern Indiana Public Service Company (Respondent), alleging that the provisions contained in the 138 kV Transmission Upgrade Agreement between the Complainants and the Respondent is unjust, unreasonable and unduly discriminatory or preferential, as more fully explained in the complaint.
