This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Territory of Guam (FEMA-4191-DR), dated 09/10/2014.
Incident: Tropical Storm Halong.
Incident Period: 07/28/2014 through 07/31/2014.
Effective Date: 09/10/2014.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/10/2014.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/10/2015.
