Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and Flooding.
Incident Period: 06/14/2014 through 06/21/2014.

Effective Date: 07/24/2014.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/22/2014
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/24/2015.
