SUMMARY:

This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Alabama (FEMA-4176-DR), dated 05/12/2014.

Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 04/28/2014 through 05/05/2014.

Effective Date: 05/12/2014.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/11/2014.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/12/2015.
