The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Connolly-Pacific Co., Docket Nos. WEST 2011-1064-RM, et al. (Issues include whether the Administrative Law Judge erred in applying certain standards to the operator's stone and rock mining operations.)
