Incident: Severe winter storms.
Incident Period: 11/19/2014through 11/26/2014.
Effective Date: 12/15/2014.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/13/2015.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/15/2015.
