Incident: Severe storms & flooding.
Incident Period: 09/27/2014.
Effective Date: 11/18/2014.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/20/2015.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/18/2015.
