New England Power Generators Association, Inc. v. ISO New England Inc.; Notice of Complaint
Take notice that on December 3, 2014, pursuant to section 206 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824e and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206, the New England Power Generators Association, Inc. (Complainant), filed a formal complaint against ISO New England Inc. (Respondent), alleging that the current provisions of the Respondent's Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff governing the Peak Energy Rent (PER) Adjustment are unjust and unreasonable, and discriminatory, as more fully explained in the complaint.
The Complainant certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts of the Respondent as listed on the Commission's list of Corporate Officials.
