This is a notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the State of Washington, dated 11/07/2014.
Incident: Mercer Island E. Coli Water Contamination.
Incident Period: 09/27/2014 through 10/11/2014.
DATES:
Effective Date: 11/07/2014.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/07/2015.
