[top] Take notice that on June 19, 2013, pursuant to sections 35.28(e) and 385.207 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 35.28(e) and 18 CFR 385.207, the Bonneville Power Administration (Bonneville), submitted certain amendments to its Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) and a Petition for Declaratory Order requesting the Commission find that Bonneville's OATT, as amended by this filing, substantially conform or is superior to the pro forma OATT as it
