Incident: Severe Winter Storm.
Incident Period: 04/09/2013 through 04/11/2013.
Effective Date: 05/03/2013.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/02/2013.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/04/2014.
