This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (FEMA-4103-DR), dated 03/01/2013.
Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.
Incident Period: 01/14/2013 through 01/17/2013.
Effective Date: 03/01/2013.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/30/2013.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/02/2013.
