In this document, Petitions for Reconsideration (Petitions) have been filed in the Commission's Rulemaking proceeding, one by Gerard J. Duffy of Blooston, Modkofsky, Dickens, Duffy & Prendergrast, LLP, on behalf of Blooston Private Microwave Licenses and a second by David L.
