This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of North Dakota (FEMA-4154-DR), dated 10/31/2013.
Incident: Severe Winter Storm
Incident Period: 10/04/2013 through 10/05/2013.
Effective Date: 10/31/2013.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/30/2013.
Economic injury (EIDL) loan application deadline date: 07/31/2014.
