Incident: Severe Storm.
Incident Period: 11/15/2011 through 11/17/2011.
Effective Date: 02/02/2012.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/02/2012.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/02/2012.
