Incident: Wildfires.
Incident Period: 08/30/2011 Through 12/31/2011.
Effective Date: 12/31/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/21/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/21/2012.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
