This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of New Jersey (FEMA-4021-DR), dated 08/31/2011.
Incident: Hurricane Irene.
Incident Period: 08/27/2011 and continuing.
Effective Date: 09/03/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/31/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/31/2012.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of New Jersey, dated 08/31/2011, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
Primary Counties: Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Sussex, Warren.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
