This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Illinois (FEMA-1991-DR), dated 06/07/2011.
Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 04/19/2011 through 06/14/2011.
Effective Date: 06/27/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/08/2011.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/07/2012.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Illinois, dated 06/07/2011 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Wabash.
All counties contiguous to the above named primary county have previously been declared.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
