This is a notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the State of Arizona, dated 07/11/2011.
Incident: Wallow Fire.
Incident Period: 05/29/2011 and continuing.
Effective Date: 07/11/2011.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/11/2012.
