Incident: Severe storms and tornadoes.
Incident Period: 04/09/2011 through 04/10/2011.
Effective Date: 05/04/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/05/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/06/2012.
