Incident: Severe Winter Storm and Snowstorm.
Incident Period: 12/26/2010 through 12/27/2010.
Effective Date: 02/04/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/05/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/04/2011.
