Incident: Remnants of Tropical Storm Lee.
Incident Period: 09/06/2011 through 09/09/2011.

Effective Date: 11/01/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/05/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/05/2012.
