SUMMARY:
The FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) extension of a current information collection. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on March 8, 2010, vol. 75, no. 44, page 10550. This information collection is required for compliance with the final rule that codifies special flight rules and airspace and flight restrictions for certain operations in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. The FAA form number and time per response listed below have been corrected from those reported on the Federal Register notice of March 8, 2010 (75 FR 10550).

Affected Public: An estimated 17,097 Respondents.
Frequency: This information is collected on occasion.
Estimated Average Burden per Response: Approximately 15 minutes per response.
Estimated Annual Burden Hours: An estimated 49,233 hours annually.
Abstract: This information collection is required for compliance with the final rule that codifies special flight rules and airspace and flight restrictions for certain operations in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
