Notice Providing Agenda for Technical Conference on RTO/ISO Responsiveness

On November 13, 2009, the Commission issued a notice announcing that the Commission staff would hold a technical conference in the near future to address issues raised in the above-referenced Order No. 719 compliance proceedings.1The notice indicated that the date, time, and agenda for the conference would be announced in a subsequent notice. On January 8, 2010, the Commission issued a notice providing an agenda for the conference. The notice indicated that the panelists were subject to change. Attached is an up-dated agenda with the panelists as of the date of this notice.

The staff technical conference will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2010, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST) in the Commission Meeting Room at the Commission's Washington, D. headquarters, 888 First Street, NE.

This conference will be webcast. All interested parties are invited, and there is no registration fee to attend.
