North American Electric Reliability Corporation; Notice of Compliance Filing

December 20, 2010.

Take notice that on December 1, 2010, North American Electric Reliability Corporation, in response to Paragraph 274 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Order No. 729 issued on November 24, 2009,1submitted a compliance filing of proposed Violation Risk Factors and Violation Severity Levels for Available Transfer Capability Reliability Standards.
