DATES:

Effective Dates: Effective on August 4, 2009.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

On February 2, 2005, the FAA published a final rule in the Federal Register (70 FR 5533), better known as `Aging Airplane Safety', clarifying the content requirements in the maintenance manual. In the process, this final rule re-designated 14 CFR 135.424 to § 135.423, and failed to revise § 135.427(a), which still referenced § 135.424.

Technical Amendment

This technical amendment will correct § 135.427(a) to properly reference § 135.423.
