ACTION:

Proposed rule.

SUMMARY:

The Commission has before it a petition for rulemaking filed by The Regents of the University of New Mexico ("the University"), the licensee of station KNMD-DT, DTV channel *9, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The University requests the substitution of DTV channel *8 for channel *9 at Santa Fe.

Comments must be filed on or before July 23, 2009, and reply comments on or before August 3, 2009.
