Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.
Incident Period: 04/10/2009.
DATES:
Effective Date: 05/21/2009.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/14/2009.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/15/2010.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
