This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-1775-DR), dated 07/09/2008.
Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 06/03/2008 through 06/20/2008.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/09/2008.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/08/2008.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Blaine, Cotton, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grant, Harmon, Harper, Jackson, Kay, Kiowa, Major, Okfuskee, Osage, Ottawa, Roger Mills, Rogers, Tillman, Washita, Woods.
