This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Arkansas ( FEMA-1751-DR ) , dated 03/28/2008.
Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.
Incident Period: 03/18/2008 through 04/28/2008.
DATES:
Effective Date: 05/22/2008.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/27/2008.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/29/2008.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Arkansas, dated 03/28/2008 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Perry.
All other counties contiguous to the above named primary county have previously been declared.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
