Cranberry Pipeline Corporation; Notice of Compliance Filings

Take notice that on February 13, 2008, Cranberry Pipeline Corporation (Cranberry) made two filings to comply with the letter order issued on December 14, 2007, (December 14, 2007 order).1In Docket Nos. PR04-7-005 and PR07-5-002, Cranberry filed a Report of Refunds in compliance with the Commission's December 14, 2007 order, and in Docket Nos. PR04-7-006 and PR07-5-003, Cranberry filed a revised Statement of Operating Conditions in compliance with the Commission's December 14, 2007 order.
