AGENCY:

United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION:

Termination of five-year review.

SUMMARY:

The subject five-year review was initiated in July 2008 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on DRAMs and DRAM modules from Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On October 3, 2008, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the order effective August 11, 2008, "{b}ecause the domestic interested party did not file a substantive response by the applicable deadline and has withdrawn its notice of intent to participate in this sunset review * * *" (73 FR 57594). Accordingly, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)), the subject review is terminated.
