Incident: Severe Winter Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 01/12/2007 through 01/22/2007.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
01/22/2007.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/16/2007.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
