Incident: Flooding.
Incident Period: 07/31/2006 and continuing.
Effective Date: 08/15/2006.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/16/2006.
Economic Injury (Eidl) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/15/2007.
