SUMMARY:
This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Alabama (FEMA-3237-EM), dated September 10, 2005, and related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATES:
September 18, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the Acting Under Secretary for Emergency Preparedness and Response, Department of Homeland Security, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Michael Bolch, of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for this declared emergency.
This action terminates my appointment of Ron Sherman as Federal Coordinating Officer for this emergency.
