Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mud and Debris Flows.
Incident Period: 02/12/2005 through 02/24/2005.
Effective Date: 08/10/2005.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/11/2005.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/10/2006.
