This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of California (FEMA-1585-DR), dated 04/14/2005.
Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mud and Debris Flows.
Incident Period: 02/16/2005 through 02/23/2005.
Effective Date: 04/14/2005.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/13/2005.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties: Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura.
